Why we created this masterclass

In this comprehensive masterclass, we will explore the roots of self-regulation and its crucial role in the parent-child relationship. Gaining knowledge about the factors that influence our individual capacities to regulate will be instrumental, molding how you connect with your neurodivergent child.

We will then learn about the body’s responses to overwhelm and what you notice on the surface as a misbehavior, while tuning into what occurs for you when impulses take over. Discovering the essential elements of an impactful apology will also ensure you repair an interaction that led you to lose control

You will leave with a deeper understanding of your own regulation skills, how to notice dysregulation in yourself and your child, and the skills to manage emotional responses effectively.
